A WATER MAIN BREAK WON’T STOP THIS IMPORTANT EVENT
“We’ll just give everyone an adult diaper!” —Candace Proctor, owner of the 33rd Street Wine Bar
The 33rd Street Wine Bar is offering a FREE ADULT DIAPER (supplies limited) to everyone who shows up for tonight’s book signing (7:30pm) with IRANIAN AMERICAN AUTHOR AND ACTRESS NASRIN MOHAMMADI.
Nasrin Mohammadi now lives in Los Angeles
IRANIANS LOVE TRUMP
Nasrin’s message of MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN is resonating amongst Americans who are tired of hearing refugees bash President Trump for his so-called “racism”!
Nasrin’s love and admiration for today’s American President is a refreshing change.
She grew up under Sharia law and watched her two brothers tortured and her family torn apart, all because of their Christian faith.
IF YOU DON’T FEEL SAFE IN AMERICA, YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG!
Nasrin will speak tonight about real oppression and how the Iranian government is starving, torturing and killing its own citizens to this day!
Regardless of your political biases, please come hear Nasrin’s heartfelt wish that Americans should understand what Iranian citizens have been forced to endure at the hands of the Islamic regime.
She’s been watching President Trump Make America Great Again, and she believes that he can do the same for Iran.
CLASSES WITH GLASSES AND MORE
Owned by Candace Proctor, The 33rd Street Wine Bar has been hosting literary and art events for the past two decades. In 2018, The 33rd Street Wine Bar began offering memoir writing classes, hosted by international journalist and author Jill Cueni-Cohen.
Classes with Glasses meets every week during Florida’s tourist season, but Nasrin’s visit from Los Angeles was cause célèbre to hold a book signing tonight!
The current water emergency in Ft. Lauderdale has led most businesses to close. But The 33rd Street Wine Bar wants the show to go on! Iran was once a vibrant city, led by the Shah, who was also a friend to Israel. Candace Proctor was there, and she’s looking forward to speaking about her experiences visiting a country that this young woman and her family have since been forced to flee.
“Nasrin’s message is too powerful to let a lack of municipal water stop us,” says Proctor. “We have wine, and we have bottled water. What more do we need?”
Adult diapers might come in handy!
